The company is founded by Konstantinos Seferiadis, in an attempt to utilize the knowledge and in-depth experience of the UK Property Market expectations, and standards in conjunction with his knowledge of the Greek market, local regulations, standards, challenges, and opportunities. This combination is in effect one of the company’s dominant competitive advantages.
