HOUSE & SUN inspired by Villa Mandra in Mykonos

Architecture design is very deep in HOUSE & SUN culture and DNA. There are not many projects with the impact of Villa Mandra to our design philosophy.

Villa Mandra is a 6-Bed holiday house designed by Athens based architectural practice K-Studio. It is one of few houses in Mykonos with unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea and Delos island.

The design is inspired but the Cycladic Architecture and techniques, while being competently blended with a modern minimalistic approach.

The use of traditional materials, such as wood and stone, in conjunction with a modern design approach, gives an impressive result combining modern living with warm natural materials.

Konstantinos Seferiadis

Konstantinos is a Chartered Engineer (CEng MICE) with extensive experience in the construction industry, having successfully delivered a few iconic multimillion construction projects in London for the last six years while working in some of the best tier 1 UK contractors. He has acquired his Diploma of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Patras (Greece) but he has also completed his Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), which reinforces his passion and love to create and deliver successful projects around the world.
